Douglas J. Pferdehirt is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of FMC Technologies and, prior to joining FMC Technologies in 2012, spent 26 years at Schlumberger Limited in a succession of executive leadership positions, including: Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Communications, President of Schlumberger’s Reservoir Production Group, Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications, President of North and South America Schlumberger, and Vice President of Oilfield Services U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

Mr. Pferdehirt is on the board of directors of the American Heart Association, the American Petroleum Institute, and the Executive Woman in Energy Initiative. He is a member of the National Petroleum Council and on the board of trustees of the United Way of Greater Houston.

Alf Melin is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance Operations, where he was responsible for global finance activities across all segments and had direct oversight of finance operations for the Subsea segment. Prior to this, Mr. Melin held multiple leadership positions in finance, treasury and operations, including as Senior Vice President, Surface Americas, and General Manager, Fluid Control.

A graduate of Lund University in Sweden with a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics, Mr. Melin joined the Company in 1995 and served his first eight years with the Company in various global locations.

Cristina Aalders is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary for »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp, where she is responsible for legal, compliance, and facilities management. She also serves as the Company's Chief Compliance Officer.

Ms. Aalders has held various legal leadership roles in her 15+ years at »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp, including Vice President, Legal for Surface Technologies, where she served as general counsel and managed the legal function for the Surface business, and multiple Senior Counsel and Legal Director roles supporting commercial activities and operations for both Subsea and Surface. She also previously served as Legal Counsel to the Deepwater Exploration & Projects business unit at Chevron, and she began her career in litigation at Stockwell Sievert.

Ms. Aalders holds bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science and Civil Law, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, all from Louisiana State University.

Thierry Conti is President of the Surface business at »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp. Prior to this position, he served as Senior Vice President, Commercial, Front-End Engineering and Strategy within the Subsea business.

Mr. Conti has been with »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp since 2009 and has held multiple senior management positions within the Company, including Senior Vice President, Subsea Product Management and Head of the Genesis and Offshore EPC businesses operations for Americas.

Mr. Conti holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from French grande école d’ingénieurs Centrale Nantes.

Luana Duffé is Executive Vice President, New Energy for »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp. She is responsible for driving the business’s diversification beyond oil and gas, and exploring opportunities created by the energy transition.

Ms. Duffé was previously Country Manager and Vice President Subsea Projects and Commercial – Brazil. She has built extensive experience across the business since joining Technip as an engineer in 2009, broadening her skills in positions including Vice President Subsea Strategy, Corporate Development Director, and Project Manager. Previously, Ms. Duffé worked for ExxonMobil in the midstream segment.

Ms. Duffé holds Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Ehime University in Matsuyama, Japan. She also holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal da Paraíba.

Jonathan Landes is President of »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Subsea business. Prior to being named President Subsea, he assumed the global responsibility for all Commercial and Front-End Engineering activities for »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Subsea business. Before that, he was President North America for »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp Subsea.

Prior to the 2017 merger of Technip and FMC Technologies, Mr. Landes was General Manager, North America for FMC Technologies’ Subsea business, and held General Manager roles in FMC Technologies’ Fluid Control and Material Handling & Blending business units.

Mr. Landes holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and BS and MS degrees in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University.

Justin Rounce is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp. He is responsible for Research and Innovation, Product Engineering, Procurement and Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Security, IT, and Digital. He is also responsible for Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions and External Technology Engagement.

Prior to joining »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵapp, Mr. Rounce spent 31 years at Schlumberger Limited in a succession of executive leadership positions, including Vice President of Software Technologies, Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions and Senior Vice President, Marketing and Technology. He was also Chief Technology Officer for Cameron International prior to the acquisition by Schlumberger and President, Schlumberger Valves and Measurement.
